Qmatic Announces New CFO and Changes to Executive Management Team

Qmatic is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolina Dillner as its new Chief Financial Officer. Carolina is joining Qmatic from Volvo Financial Services, where she served as Senior Business Controller. Carolina will start her role as CFO effective immediately.

Changes to Qmatic’s Executive Management Team

In addition to the appointment of Carolina Dillner as new CFO, Qmatic has made changes to the Executive Management team to increase the focus on key business areas and further strengthen operational business performance.

• Susan Begando has been promoted to VP of People & Culture to lead and further improve Qmatic’s human resources and people-related strategies.
• Johan Norrman has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day-to-day operations and product development in accordance with strategic goals and business needs.
• Doug Caines has been appointed VP of Strategic Accounts and Alliances to lead and oversee the development and implementation of customer success strategies and manage the enterprise customer base for the US market.

“I believe these changes clearly underline Qmatic’s commitment to its customers and staff as we seek to strengthen our capabilities in customer success and service excellence. The additions to the management team also clearly reinforce our key focus areas and market priorities.
