This month, we introduced several new features and improvements in Qmatic Experience Cloud, including support for 19 additional languages on the Online Booking page, new appointment status labels, and much more.
Here's what's new:
Online Booking
19 New Languages Available
The Online Booking page now supports 19 additional languages, making it easier for customers to book appointments and receive notifications in their preferred language.

In addition to English, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Italian, you can now have your Online Booking page in Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi, Bosnian, Swedish, and more. This enhancement offers a more seamless and accessible booking experience for all users. The additional languages are available upon request and can be accessed in the Localization section of Qmatic Experience Cloud.

See Appointment Status with Early and Late Labels
We have introduced new appointment status labels to improve the visibility and efficiency of managing appointments. These labels indicate whether an appointment has checked in early or late, providing a clear visual cue that allows staff to prioritize and take appropriate action quickly. The appointment status labels also display how much time has passed since the appointment arrived.

Search for Appointments by Date of Birth
You can now search for an appointment by simply entering the customer's date of birth in either YYYY-MM-DD or YYYYMMDD format, providing a faster and more efficient experience.

Visit Limit Reached Notification
Now, if there’s a limit on the number of walk-ins allowed for your services, staff members will receive a notification when this limit is exceeded when registering new walk-in visits. This notification will help prevent any overload at your service counters.

Plan
Sync Status Icons
We have added sync icons to the calendar view in Plan that indicate the sync status of your Outlook Calendar. If a sync issue arises, the sync icon will show that synchronization is not taking place, helping you resolve the problem by contacting support before any scheduling conflicts arise. .png?width=2230&height=1714&name=image%20(1).png)
Notifications
Email Notifications for Appointment Arrival
We have now implemented email notifications for staff when an appointment has arrived. An email will be sent to the staff member who is the primary resource for that appointment. This ensures that the staff member is aware that the customer has arrived and can prepare accordingly.
Add third-party URL for Appointment Notifications
You can now add a third-party URL to the appointment notification template. This enables you to direct your customers to an external webpage to reschedule or cancel their appointments.
Certified Hardware Admin
Disabling the Navigation Bar on the Check-in Kiosk
You can now enable or disable the Android navigation bar on your Check-in Kiosks using the latest version of Certified Hardware Admin (version 1.1.0), Qmatic Kiosk (version 1.9.0), and Qmatic Display (version 4.9.0). Disabling the navigation bar prevents visitors from exiting the app or accidentally opening the settings page.
