We are excited to introduce our latest features and improvements made to Qmatic Experience Cloud in April. Continue reading to discover what's new.

Rich Text Editor for Service Descriptions

You can now use our rich text editor in Online Booking to format your service descriptions, making it easier to create clear and engaging content for your customers. Use headings, lists, links, and more to improve readability and guide users to helpful resources. The service descriptions effectively communicate to all your clients booking online exactly what they are reserving.

Other improvements we’ve made include:

  • Service descriptions from Visit Manager will now sync as a prefilled starting point, but will not be overwritten.
  • The character limit for descriptions has been increased, providing you with more space to format and convey information effectively.

Online Booking Limit

To improve the booking experience and give you greater control, we've added Booking Limits—a new feature that restricts the number of appointments that can be made using the same phone number.

You can set a limit at the service level by navigating to Booking Rules under General Appointment Settings.

Tip: We recommend using this feature together with the 6-digit code verification to effectively validate phone numbers and prevent misuse.

Once the booking limit is reached, customers attempting to book online will see an error message, helping ensure fair access to available timeslots for everyone.
