Bedfordshire – 13 December 2011 – Qmatic’s Customer Flow Management (CFM) solutions, including barrier and call forwarding, is to be piloted at selected Crown Post Office branches across the UK. Post Office Ltd is to benefit from valuable management information acquired through the Qmatic system to help improve customer service.
Building on the success of three past events, the 4th Middle East Healthcare Expansion Summit (18-19th October, Grand Hyatt, Doha, Qatar) participation from heads of hospitals, health authorities and ministries of health and looked at the challenges of healthcare expansion in the Middle East region.
The InRetail Summit & Exhibition (19th - 22nd October, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE) brought together retail giants from the region and international markets to discuss and debate key threats and opportunities in one of the fastest growing retail markets: Middle East. Qmatic Middle East along with one of their partners in the UAE - Adapt Middle East, participated in the exhibition that ran alongside the summit.
Qmatic Middle East and partners recently had the opportunity to promote the CFM offering at three of the region’s busiest conferences and exhibitions one of them was GITEX Technology Week Conference & Exhibition (9-13th October, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE).
